The Foundation believes in the essential role of youth in shaping the present and strengthening the future. Therefore, it has focused its youth-oriented programs on building their capacities in line with Sustainable Development Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).
These programs aim to prepare young people for integration into the labor market by equipping them with tools for innovation, personal development, entrepreneurial thinking, and a wide range of soft and technical skills. The Foundation implements these initiatives in collaboration with youth centers and forums in several Iraqi governorates.
